SkillSurvey

SkillSurvey is software that automates candidate reference checks and verifies skills before a job offer. It now belongs to iCIMS, and its web address leads to the iCIMS product page, where it sits within the iCIMS talent acquisition platform.

What SkillSurvey offers

• Automated references — gathers feedback from a candidate's referees without recruiters making phone calls.
• Skills verification — checks the abilities a candidate claims before an offer is made.
• Hiring at scale — designed for organisations that fill large numbers of roles.
• Platform fit — works alongside the iCIMS applicant tracking system, candidate engagement and employer branding tools.

Who it works with

Through iCIMS it serves employers in sectors such as healthcare and hospitals, retail, manufacturing and finance, along with HR leaders, talent acquisition teams and IT leaders.
