ServiceCore

ServiceCore is a cloud field service system designed around portable sanitation, septic and roll-off dumpster companies, and it also supports grease-trap operators. It handles jobs, routes, inventory and billing in one place. Many of the people who set up and support customers once worked in the portable toilet and roll-off trades themselves, and they migrate each new customer's data and train staff.

What ServiceCore offers

• Job and customer management — scheduling, dispatch and customer records.
• Route optimisation — routes built in one click, with live tracking of progress through the day.
• Driver app — schedules, directions and job notes on the phone, plus signature capture, proof-of-service photos and reports of problems such as a locked gate.
• Inventory mapping — a map of units in the field, tied to online booking that knows what is available.
• Automated billing — invoices run on their own, 28-day batch cycles included, and data syncs with both QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
• Customer portal — a self-service portal for the operator's own clients.
