What it does

The product is built around agents that sit within a customer's own app. Co-Pilot agents guide users through a journey and can take actions for them. Avatar agents give a visual, face to face style of guidance for journeys that suit it. Voice and WhatsApp agents carry an in-app conversation onto a phone call or a chat while keeping the same context. The platform also includes agentic workflows and analytics.

The company says its agents watch for signs of friction such as drop-offs, repeated taps and inactivity, help with steps like KYC and onboarding, explain what has just been completed, and hand over to a human agent only when needed. It states that customer data stays where it is and is reached through real-time APIs.

RevRag targets banks, lenders, credit card issuers, insurers, wealth managers and other fintech firms, mainly in India. Customers named on its site include PhonePe, Bajaj Finserv, Motilal Oswal, Moneyview, Kissht, DCB Bank and Razorpay Rize. Reports of the round say the funds are meant for product development, wider enterprise rollouts and entry into the US market.
