Prospero

Prospero is Israeli software for writing business proposals, sending them to clients and getting them signed. Users pick one of more than 113 templates and add their logo, images, video and tables, and the finished proposal is designed to display properly on any device.

What Prospero offers

• Proposal templates — over 113 designs to choose from and customise.
• Open tracking — shows how often and for how long each proposal was viewed, with an email alert when the client opens it.
• Expiry dates — offers can be set to lapse after a chosen date.
• Client choices and payment — clients can select a plan or specific services and pay a first instalment inside the proposal.
• E-signatures — signatures can be drawn, typed or uploaded, by several signers, with a timestamp and IP address kept as a record.
• Content library — saves sections and templates to reuse in later proposals.

Who it works with

Prospero is aimed at businesses that pitch for client projects and want to win more of them.
