Pinpoint Works

Pinpoint Works is a documentation and communication tool for superyacht maintenance and refit work, now offered under the Voly platform. Instead of spreadsheet rows, each job is pinned to an interactive general arrangement drawing of the yacht. Crew, contractors, managers and shipyards all see the same picture of what is open, under way or finished.

What Pinpoint Works offers

• Visual work lists — jobs placed at their exact spot on the vessel drawing, with zoom to see detail.
• Change history — real-time updates, each time-stamped and linked to the person who made it.
• Spreadsheet import — existing work lists move across with formula fields rather than being rebuilt.
• Mobile app with offline mode — add and edit items, set status and priority, attach photos, video and comments on board, with syncing once back online.
• Reporting — automatically formatted photo reports exported as PDF, Word or Excel.
