JustOn

JustOn is a German billing product that runs natively on the Salesforce platform. It takes contract, subscription and usage data and turns it into invoices, then follows through to payments, reminders and accounting, so billing sits in the same system as customer records.

What JustOn offers

• Subscription and usage billing — invoices for subscriptions, one-time payments and consumption data.
• Invoices and e-invoices — created, sent, received and archived automatically, with guidance on the e-invoicing duty in force since January 2025.
• Dunning — records payments and credits, and sends reminders for overdue receivables.
• Automated banking — pulls bank statements, collects direct debits, takes online payments and matches them to receivables.
• DATEV connector — pre-accounting and booking data sent to DATEV Unternehmen Online and on to the tax adviser.
• Credit checks and reporting — SCHUFA credit checks for B2B and B2C customers, plus reports on cash flow, MRR and churn.

Who it works with

Businesses that bill subscriptions or contracts and run Salesforce CRM; it can also link to other CRM, ERP and accounting systems.
