Hadrian raises $40m Series B for AI-driven penetration testing
The Amsterdam company has now raised $65m in total, and says its customers include McKesson, NBCUniversal, TotalEnergies and Amadeus.
Security platform that maps a company's internet-facing assets continuously and runs on-demand automated penetration tests, with offices in Amsterdam, London, New York and Paris.
Hadrian sells offensive security software, meaning tools that test a company's defences the way an attacker would. It is aimed at security teams in large organisations, including chief information security officers and the groups that run vulnerability management, offensive testing and compliance.
It has two products. Atlas is a continuous external exposure management service: it discovers the assets a company has facing the internet and tests them for weaknesses. Nova is an on-demand penetration testing product driven by AI agents and aimed at applications. Nova starts at 1,250 euros per application test, excluding VAT, according to its own site. Atlas pricing is not listed and is quoted through a demo. The two can be bought together.
The site cites European rules such as DORA and NIS2 as drivers for its customers and is offered in English, French, German and Italian. Customers named on its pages include Van Oord, Mammoet, Betterment, LegalZoom, Paysafe, Damen Shipyards, London Business School, Air France-KLM, Siemens Energy and TotalEnergies, among more than thirty others.
The company lists offices in Amsterdam, London, New York and Paris. Its founding year was not stated on the pages read.
