Fast Mirror

Fast Mirror sells 360-degree feedback software for assessing leaders. Listed in the United States, it serves HR consultants, executive coaches and in-house HR and leadership development teams, and says its reports draw on industrial and organisational psychology rather than generic survey tools.

What Fast Mirror offers

• 360 feedback reports — reports that keep ratings from different groups apart instead of averaging them, so gaps between how a manager and a team see a leader stay visible.
• Focused assessments — about 35 single-barrelled questions matched to the client's objectives, in place of very long questionnaires.
• Automated rater follow-up — reminders to respondents are handled by the system, so consultants spend less time chasing completions.
• Customisable surveys — clients can shape the 360 to their own approach rather than a fixed vendor model.
• Sample report — prospective customers can view an example report before signing up.

Who it works with

Independent HR consultants, executive coaches and corporate leadership development teams; client comments on its site come from financial services, management consulting and health and wellness organisations.
