Combodo

Combodo is the French company behind iTop, open-source software that combines IT service management with a configuration management database. Its pitch is adaptability: organisations shape iTop to fit their own processes through low-code changes instead of accepting a rigid product.

What Combodo offers

• iTop service management — handles IT support processes and comes with ITIL-certified workflows.
• Configuration database — holds the records of IT assets and services in one central place.
• Automation and reporting — automates routine operations and produces reports so IT decisions rest on reliable data.
• Low-code tailoring — lets teams adjust iTop and link it with other systems.
• iTop 3.3 — the newest major version, which targets hybrid infrastructure, a rising number of services, new user expectations and the place of AI in service management.

Who it works with

IT departments and service teams that want one adaptable tool for services and configuration data.
