Coeur du Web

Coeur du Web acts as an external head of IT for small and medium-sized firms in France. It either takes on that role for companies with no internal IT team, or adds capacity to a team that is already in place. The price is agreed before work starts, and the firm carries the cost of any overrun.

Products and services

• IT direction: choosing tools, setting priorities, managing suppliers and planning how systems evolve, then handing the role back at the end.
• Connecting business software: linking accounting, payroll, management and customer tools so staff stop typing the same data twice, including migrations.
• Automation: sorting requests, extracting documents and preparing replies, sometimes with AI agents and always with a human check on the output.
• Bespoke software: building a tool when nothing on the market fits the need.
• Self-check: a short online diagnostic of a company's IT set-up.

Clients

Small and medium businesses, including a 50-person component maker and an industrial firm that replaced a central spreadsheet with a connected tool. It also lists work for a multinational, a public engineering agency, a government ministry, a marketing firm, a Belgian transport operator and a luxury brand, and structured thousands of field reports for the animal-welfare charity Welfarm.
