Cuseum

Cuseum makes software that museums and other cultural organisations use to reach members, visitors and donors through their phones. Its core products replace plastic membership cards with mobile wallet passes and add apps and audio guides for visitors. The company is based in the United States.

What Cuseum offers

• Digital membership cards — wallet passes in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet that carry benefits, renewals and updates.
• Mobile engagement — apps, audio guides, tours and interactive experiences for people on site.
• Digital ticketing — phone-friendly tickets and QR codes to speed up entry for visitors and staff.
• Donor engagement and loyalty — tools to keep in touch with supporters and reward repeat visits.
• Lifecycle communication — renewal reminders and targeted mobile messages sent automatically instead of from manual lists.

Who it works with

Museums, cultural organisations, attractions, universities, gardens and other membership bodies. Published results come from San Francisco Zoo & Gardens and the Anthony Nolan stem cell register, with further comments from HistoryMiami Museum and The Renaissance Society.
