Campaign Ad-Cloud

Campaign Ad-Cloud runs Political CTV, a platform for placing campaign adverts on Connected TV and aiming them at specific voter households instead of a broad audience. It is built for political campaigns in the United States and the media buyers who work for them.

What Campaign Ad-Cloud offers

• Voter ad targeting on CTV — cross-references first-party data, third-party data and geotracking to choose which households see an advert.
• Consolidated inventory — access to streaming devices, channels and apps through a single buying point.
• Ad specification guidance — a downloadable spec guide covering 15 or 30 second spots and supported frame rates.
• Disclosure guidance — explains election disclaimer rules, such as a spoken approval by the candidate and a written notice shown for at least four seconds at the end.
• Industry content — articles, statistics and news on political CTV for buyers new to the medium or experienced.

Who it works with

Political campaigns, ballot-measure efforts and media buyers planning television advertising for elections. Non-standard advert formats are available on request.
