BCS Prosoft

BCS Prosoft is an American technology consultancy and value-added reseller focused on cloud financial and ERP software. Its work centres on Sage 100, Sage Intacct and Deltek Vantagepoint, and it stays with clients from the first evaluation through implementation to ongoing support.

What BCS Prosoft offers

• ERP evaluation: reviews how a business runs today and whether a new or replacement ERP, CRM or PSA system makes sense; the firm says it will stop and point a prospect elsewhere if it is not a good match.
• Implementation: sets up Sage 100, Sage Intacct and Deltek Vantagepoint so separate systems can be replaced by one shared record of company data.
• ERP systems strategy: maps current systems against future business goals and produces a roadmap for how the technology architecture should change, with a framework for prioritising later purchases.
• Consulting and support: continuing advice and help once the software is live.
• Software resale: sells business management software as a reseller alongside its consulting work.

Clients

BCS Prosoft serves organisations across several industries, with manufacturing named on its site. It points to businesses with duplicate data across several systems, fast expansion plans, or a recent or upcoming merger or acquisition as typical cases for a strategy review.
