Leaps by Bayer

Leaps by Bayer is the impact investment unit of Bayer. It takes minority equity stakes in teams pursuing fundamental advances in the life sciences, across human health and agriculture.

Its organising idea is a set of ten large challenges, which it calls leaps. It says it wants to combine Bayer's long experience in health and agriculture with collaboration and speed.
