Blue Startups was founded by Henk Rogers and Maya Rogers of the Tetris Company and Chenoa Farnsworth of Hawaii Angels in 2012 and has been a member of the Global Accelerator Network since 2013 Blue Startups is a public-private partnership funded by the State of Hawaii, Hawaii Technology Development Corporation, the Tetris Company and private investors

Our experience with Chenoa, Blue Startups and their Entrepreneur in Residence, Patrick Lee was a defining moment in time for Instant Teams We became laser-focused through their mentorship and six months after completing the program successfully raised a $1 5M seed round
