Allen Thomas is a dual qualified (US and England) international corporate lawyer with more than 30 years of experience in international transactions

Allen is head of the London office of Partner at Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners LLP, where he has represented a number of international companies in cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures and IPOs

He was previously a corporate partner in the New York based international law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison for 20 years and was the founding managing partner of the Paul, Weiss Hong Kong office, and assisted in the creation of the Municipal Assistance Corporation to enable New York City to avoid bankruptcy
