Papyrs

Papyrs is intranet software for building a company portal, internal wiki or knowledge base. Pages are put together with a drag and drop editor, so staff in any department can contribute without help from IT. It suits teams ranging from very small to large companies.

What Papyrs offers

• Intranet pages — text documents, dashboards and news posts, with widgets such as polls, checklists, forms, videos, tables, files and calendars.
• Knowledge base and wiki — handbooks, documentation, onboarding guides and a people directory, found again through search.
• Forms and databases — collect requests and data, from feedback to HR workflows, and filter the records.
• Social features — discussions, internal blog posts and polls.
• Integrations — sign-in through Google Workspace, Slack or Office 365, Zapier connections and an API.

Who it works with

Companies, teams and departments sharing information internally. Sections can also be opened to clients or the public as a portal.
