Just Different

Just Different is a French consultancy focused on diversity and inclusion. It was built around the experience of its founder, Pete Stone, who has advised organisations on diversity policy since 2009.

The firm argues that innovation needs a real range of ideas and perspectives, and that inclusion is what lets different people speak up. Its sessions are meant to be practical and interactive rather than moralising.

What Just Different offers

• Consulting and support — help for organisations building or improving their diversity and inclusion policy.
• Training — courses that aim to involve all staff in a more inclusive style of management.
• Talks and conferences — spoken sessions delivered by its founder.
• Publications — books available to download from the site.
