Wiremind raises €35m to take rail pricing software beyond Europe

6 October 2026: Wiremind, a Paris software company that sells revenue management to transport operators, says it has raised €35 million in its first funding round. The new investors are IronWave (formerly Wendel Growth), Bpifrance Investissement through its Large Venture fund, and Seaya Andromeda. Co-founders Colin Girault-Matz (CEO) and Charles Pierre (CTO) remain majority shareholders.

Not yet independently verified. Every figure here is the company's own, from its blog. The FinSMEs page returned an error, so we have not read the second report. We will update this when it can be confirmed, and remove this note.

Wiremind was founded in 2014 and was self-financed and profitable until this round. It reports revenue growth of 67% in 2025 and more than 80 clients, 23 of which joined during the year.

Its flagship is CAYZN, an AI-based revenue management system for passenger transport. The company puts average revenue gains at 5 to 15%, ARR growth at 81% in 2025, and use by more than 20 operators, including SNCF, Trenitalia and Eurostar. PAXONE, launched in 2023, handles inventory and distribution on the OSDM standard; France's transport directorate (DGITM) selected it for GITE, the national ticketing system for Intercités trains. EVENTORI, launched in 2022, is a ticketing and revenue platform for sports clubs and event organisers. Wiremind says it grew 140% in 2025, has more than 40 clients and has analysed over 2 million tickets.

The money is earmarked for two things. One is expansion in South America and entry into the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. The other is research: Wiremind plans to add large language models to its pricing decision engine and platform tools, with explainable pricing recommendations, natural-language business rules and automatically generated performance reports coming to CAYZN and PAXONE.

Our revenue management software category lists 22 products and our public transportation software category lists 11.

Representatives of the three investors are quoted in the announcement, praising profitable growth, technical quality and the company's reach into Iberia and Latin America.
