Parallel Loop raises $6.6m seed to run AI projects for enterprises

14 October 2026: Parallel Loop, an AI consultancy and software company founded by two former insurtech executives, has launched with $6.6 million in seed funding led by 3one4 Capital. It sells large companies a mix of advisory work, a governed AI platform and engineers who build inside their systems.

Not yet independently verified. The company states the amount and the lead investor but not its headquarters, founding year or headcount. The other investors, the team of about 30 and the client count come from Inc42, not from the company. We will update this when it can be confirmed, and remove this note.

An operating partner, not just a platform

The company's own tagline is "Your AI operating partner", and it describes work that takes an AI initiative from planning to production alongside the client's team. Its site sets out three offerings.

  • AI Enablement finds promising use cases, sets roadmaps and builds AI skills inside the client.
  • The AI Stack is a modular platform connected to a client's systems and organisational context, supporting anything from live dashboards to rules-based workflows.
  • The Software Factory pairs forward-deployed engineers with AI agents to modernise legacy systems and build new applications.

The target industries are retail and consumer, healthcare, financial services, insurance, and industrials and energy.

Governance claims on the site

Much of the pitch rests on control. The company says the platform can run on premises or in the cloud locked to an agreed region, keeps separate repositories, MCP connections and containers for each client, and applies zero data retention with agreements against provider training. Customers choose models rather than depending on a single provider, and an audit trail records prompts, responses, context changes and actions. Parallel Loop lists no security certifications.

Who stands behind it

Prateek Jogani and Yujun Chean co-founded FairDee, which Qoala acquired in 2021, and the press kit says they went on to senior roles at Qoala. Their team page names 26 people, with no roles given. The company does not state a headquarters; its press kit says it has teams in Singapore, Bengaluru, Bangkok, London and Dubai.

Inc42 adds detail the company page lacks. It reports that Picus Capital, Flourish Ventures and Economic Development Innovations Singapore joined the round, along with angels including Paytm's Vijay Shekhar Sharma, CRED's Kunal Shah and former Singapore Economic Development Board chairman Philip Yeo. It puts the team at about 30 people, most of them in India, and the client list at more than 12 enterprises.

Clients and what the money is for

The site names Havells, Licious, Scimplify and Tokio Marine as clients, "and more across industries". It gives no results figures for any of them.

Inc42 reports that the seed money will go to go-to-market work, hiring and operations, with a focus on Western markets. That would move a firm whose named clients so far include Indian and Thai businesses toward the US and Europe, where its London team is already listed.
