Fiona Festival

Fiona Festival is web-based software for running a film festival. It covers the work from choosing films and inviting guests to building the programme and publishing it on the channels an organiser chooses. It was created together with IFFR, IDFA and NFF, and its target users are festival teams.

• Film logistics — tracking the films a festival receives and shows.
• Guest service and CRM — inviting guests and keeping their details.
• Volunteer management — including a shift-picker for volunteers.
• Media and publication — pushing programme information out to communication platforms.
• Management tools — a form designer, invoicing and a film market module.
