Two years ago, we began developing our own film submission platform, ESP For the Eventival-powered festivals, this would mean merely an additional way of getting films, while the filmmakers submitting to them would not need to fill in submission forms on the different Visitor Pages multiple times The smaller festivals, however, that can't afford or don't need the Eventival Back Office for their management, would now be able to use Eventival services and get discovered by thousands of filmmakers The pandemic brought us so many new festival clients that we postponed the launch of ESP, but we hope that soon it will become available to everyone

After a year of work, we released the new Eventival in June 2021 It's got a new user interface, a lot easier to navigate than the previous versions, is prettier, easier to use, faster to learn, responsive and full of improved and new features While the previous versions of Eventival required very experienced users, the new Eventival aims at those who don't really "work with it" but only need it to find the information their colleagues have entered and processed - festival programmers, management, PR teams, volunteers, etc
