outsmart.ai GmbH

outsmart.ai GmbH builds AI software workers that take over repetitive office tasks. The aim is to spare staff from manual, error-prone work such as sorting customer email by hand. The workers cope with unstructured data in many formats.

What outsmart.ai GmbH offers

• Email forwarding — reads incoming customer messages and sends each one to the correct department.
• Invoice recognition — picks out the content of invoices without manual retyping.
• Sentiment analysis — judges the tone of incoming messages.
• End-to-end process execution — takes data in, processes it and enters it into systems such as CRM or ERP software.

Who it works with

Companies whose employees lose time to routine administration, especially where messages and documents arrive in mixed formats.
