Hello Inbox

Hello Inbox is aimed at marketing senders whose email keeps missing the inbox. It gathers several deliverability tools into one stack. Sending providers do not matter: Gmail, Outlook, Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot and Salesforce are among those named as supported.

What Hello Inbox offers

• AI deliverability expert — remembers each sender profile and past conversations, then tailors its advice.
• Inbox placement tests — checks of where a campaign lands before it goes out.
• Monitoring — DMARC and deliverability watching.
• List verification — cleaning of contact lists.
• Spam-word checker — flags wording likely to cause trouble.
• Warm-up toolkit — help for new sending setups.

Who it works with

Businesses that send marketing email. The company says more than 7,000 businesses use it, which is its own figure.
