Crox Technology

Crox Technology, part of The Crox Group, helps companies build dedicated teams of remote software developers located in India and the USA. A team can extend a client's existing staff or form a new one, and the firm handles recruitment and onboarding from its database of technical candidates.

What Crox Technology offers

• Remote developer teams — dedicated developers hired to a client's specification and managed as part of their team.
• Specialist hiring — finding hard-to-source developers with particular skill sets.
• Flexible hiring model — quick hiring without the client running the administrative side of onboarding.
• Quality control and testing — QA services aimed at better product quality and shorter release times.
• Software security testing — testing to find security flaws and protect sensitive data.

Who it works with

The firm serves companies that cannot find enough programmers locally or lack time to recruit and onboard a development team. One client project went live in time for meetings in a national capital.
