iFlexo

iFlexo, also styled iFlexo Visión Gráfica, is a flexographic prepress business in Colombia. It prepares printing plates for converters, with operations covering Bogotá and Medellín and delivery across the country.

What iFlexo offers

• Kodak Flexcel NX plates — processed with Shine LED exposure, which the company says no other supplier in Colombia uses.
• Surface patterns — micropatterns such as SQUARESPOT flat-dot, Advantage Patterns and PureFlexo to control ink transfer.
• Colour proofing — proofs it says match the final print closely.
• Fast turnaround — plates delivered within 48 hours of job approval.
• Job diagnosis — printers can send a job for review.

Who it works with

Narrow-web printers making labels and short runs with many changeovers, and wide-web printers producing flexible packaging at high volume. The company argues that fewer stoppages, less waste and steadier colour matter more than plate price.
