Fluidesigns

Fluidesigns is a user experience design studio that helps businesses shape new product ideas and fix existing products that are not converting. It describes itself as a UX design agency in Mumbai and bills clients only for the time invested in their work.

What Fluidesigns offers

• User research — gathering product information, stakeholder input and user insight at the start of a project.
• Information architecture and wireframing — prioritisation, task flows and wireframes, refined through several rounds.
• Visual design and prototyping — detailed interface design and clickable prototypes.
• Usability testing — testing designs with users and iterating on what the tests reveal.
• Designers on retainer — trained designers supplied on an ongoing basis for growing teams.

Who it works with

The studio has designed hospital management software (iHMS) and writes often about healthcare interfaces and investment and trading platforms, suggesting work for health and finance products.
