Jia Lu (prounounced ‘Jay-Loo’) has a Midwest mentality that keeps her grounded but always curious to explore what else is out there She is a strong believer in new adventures, learning by doing, and experimenting Which makes it easy for her to dedicate herself to (and often lose herself in) a project

Chris spent the majority of his early career looking into people’s cupboards, trying to figure out why they behave the way they do These days he is an expert in translating insight into actionable strategy, connecting people with products, services, and brands

Mike speaks code and regular human English A natural-born tinkerer, he loves to take things apart, break them, turn them inside out, and then put them back together in new and amazing ways At Evolve he’s designing systems to bring new experiences to life

Wibke (pronounced ‘Vip-Ka’) lives with one foot in the future Her curiosity and expertise in people’s changing behaviors helps her ensure that new experiences emerge into the world successfully Sadly, this doesn’t help her when it comes to voice-controlled smart devices

Noah has always been fascinated by how things work and can be found hacking and tinkering in the family garage His life’s work has been a continual pursuit of better living through technology Today he helps organizations bridge the digital divide by envisioning services for the connected age

Christian’s upbringing in the world of impeccable German design shaped his love for Porsche and his obsession with perfect detail He holds numerous patents, teaches design at the university level, and has created a range of award-winning designs throughout his career

Jennifer is an Engineer turned Design Researcher and can be found wherever user experience and technology meet At Evolve her focus on empathy-driven design through inclusive approaches helps clients make deep connections with their customers Did you know she once recreated Bjork’s iconic swan dress? Well you do now

Wes finds deep satisfaction in balancing visual as well as functional problem solving With a background in graphic design and a master’s degree in product design he often plays a jack-of-all-trades role, but has the most fun sketching, talking, and playing the “Yes, and…” game with a pen and paper

Dawn is our resident Hawaiian Skilled in the arts of ukulele and hula, she also knows a thing or two about banking Dawn is our financial powerhouse and brings the Aloha spirit to Evolve to make sure we keep ticking along to a healthy beat

Carlos is a firm believer in learning from people first, designing second He loves all stages of the design process from research to diving into detailed CAD His obsession for design is matched by his obsession for corgis and an ever-expanding collection of plants & succulents at home

Dan’s journey into design was an inevitability His love of sketching, tinkering and generally getting his hands dirty in the outdoors, garage and workshop are the hallmarks of a good designer Always ready for a challenge, he has worked on projects as small as pacemakers and as large as interior spaces

Sarah has the eye for what’s interesting, honed by years of hunting though antique malls and party stores for items to repurpose and inspire the next project Her experiences living and traveling abroad have fueled a passion for putting others at the center of a playful design process

Paul spent his childhood obsessed with making things and complaining about how nothing worked the way it should Not much has changed since then Today he is a creative leader who partners with companies to solve complex problems through design
