EuMo worked with us from the early stages of conception, participating in design round tables and contributing valuable viewpoints It was a natural to involve them in the design of the identity and our internal mandate was to develop a visual identity that is intelligent, appeals to a “Whole New Mind' that embraces design in the context of business prerogatives EuMo worked with clarity of purpose to deliver a wide variety of design options, each with its own narrative and conceptual approach We loved the idea of design encouraging dialogue, of the possibility of ISDialogues a unique language of communication between ISDians and their audiences The visual identity created is clever, global, creative, and professional, as was our experience working with EuMo I would highly recommend EuMo Our visual identity is layered, rich, spiritual, intimate, powerful, yet gentle It focuses the mind, body and heart to give the light of knowledge, encourage dynamic action and invoke deep care and compassion, bringing health, prosperity and peace to all Our new logo has a ‘soul’

• are you a startup ? I joined Eumo after my graduation during the pandemic and it has been a great experience to work with them for the past 2 years Special thanks to Shanoo who has been the most amazing mentor I could have asked for Always inspiring, encouraging me to learn and explore and try new things and expand my design horizons I have had the opportunity to do some tremendous work during my tenure from branding to illustration to UI/UX designing at Eumo all thanks to the support and guidance I received Thank you Eumo for these wonderful opportunities It has been a truly multi-disciplinary experience

Being at EuMo has been an enriching experience for me Working alongside Shanoo & Gary has been a huge learning curve and will be cherished for life The 7 years that I was here has contributed immensely to my professional & individual growth I have had the opportunity to work with a great team and a coveted group of clients during my time here It made me a part of a culture of openness and equal dialogue EuMo ethos of Thinking Out of the Ordinary and Pushing the Envelope are reflected in every aspect of the firm, in turn inspiring each member to excel

Right after my graduation, Eumo gave me a great opportunity to work with them Ever since, I have learnt a lot from all the Eumans Gary and Shanoo are the coolest and most dynamic bosses to work with They have always encouraged me to take up challenges fearlessly and work with utmost perfection They helped me grow as an architect and also as a person Since I am moving to a different country, I am leaving Eumo All in all, it’s been a splendid journey marked with an enriching learning process and beautiful memories of multiple ‘a-ha’ moments It’s been such a delight to work in such a highly creative environment

Sharmila has rich experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales and marketing with skills in leading an organisation She is a Partner at Eumo and brings to the table over 25 years of contribution of Management experience, team-building skills with leadership and Top Management experience She is responsible for client management and is part of the Senior Leadership Team and takes collective responsibility for delivering the long-term growth plans for the business

I joined Eureka Moment right after graduating from NID and worked here for 4 very productive years The only reason I left EuMo was that I got married and moved to the United States Had I been in India I would have definitely continued working there I remember doing some of my most creative work there Shanoo always pushed us to deliver our best Having now worked in the United States for multiple companies, I can vouch for the rigor the company puts into their work and that it is at par with any other global design organization If you are someone who is looking to work for Eumo, I can promise you that you will be very proud of the work you will do here On the other hand, if you are someone looking to work with the company for their creative services, I can guarantee there is no other company that will do a better job

Since January it has been a warm time at Eureka Moment From getting to know some really talented people, getting to work with them, scribble weekender and starting the week again at eumo – all hands is how it’s been for the past 6 months While I love being in my comfort space and doing what seems like my forte, getting to work on diverse projects became my comfort space We can safely say my perspective about design has changed more than ever and the fact that design is almost like a never-ending chain has made me realize that more is never enough All this definitely helped me break the monotony that I had in me Here I have been able to grow professionally and hit targets that I would have never expected to hit before Grateful to be a part of this brilliant team and for guiding me throughout this journey

There are times when a moment is happening and it’s so special that you know you will remember it forever Working at Eumo was full of moments like these My learning curve at Eumo was extraordinary and delightful The biggest perk of being at Eumo for me was getting the opportunity to work with Shanoo There is so much to learn from her, especially how she leads with an eye on the bigger picture while still taking care of the tiniest of details Lastly, at Eumo its not just the clients who find their ‘aha’ moments, employees do too and so often that you have to experience it to believe it

I had a very enriching experience, working with Shanoo and my team at EuMo Shanoo kept a lot of trust in me, as she let me take and learn from complete ownership of my projects What I really enjoyed about working here was that it was an equal conversation between colleagues as we worked on what was best for the project and client Even the newest person had space to comfortably venture their new perspectives and ideas This brought freshness while we collectively built and refined it

Shanoo prodded me to push my boundaries and always pick up challenges at every stage It was lovely that the whole team took pride in each other’s growth I’m extremely appreciative of my experience here Anyone looking for a professional opportunity which encourages individual ownership, and the chance to learn and apply Design Thinking across business and visual design would find themselves at home here

Eumo was my first job out of college, it opened the doors to the professional world Learned about things you can never learn in college We dealt with real challenges at work and I have grown leaps and bounds as a designer Often times we have to be more than a designer – users, strategists, stakeholders Working at eumo was always lively and there are always opportunities to do great unique designs

When I walked into eumo office as an intern on my first day, the vibe of the place took my heart right there

I spent 2 amazing, most productive months there and enjoyed every bit of it

Then the pandemic happened, but eumo sailed through so smoothly right from day 01 of work from home We were always connected and focused on delivering the best to our client

Big thanks to Shanoo, for always encouraging me, inspiring me and for never letting me feel like just an intern

This whole experience truly transformed me, as a designer and as an individual
