Edgebound

Edgebound, which now trades as Edgebound Labs, is a digital commerce engineering firm in Mexico City. It designs, migrates and runs online sales platforms, building AI features into the platform from the start instead of adding them afterwards. The company reports around twenty years of experience.

What Edgebound offers

• AI commerce — personalisation engines, agent-based shopping experiences, intelligent search and dynamic pricing.
• AI products and agents — AI-first platforms and autonomous agents, from enterprise retrieval systems to fine-tuned models that automate complex workflows.
• AI strategy — diagnostics, roadmaps, architecture design, workshops and proof-of-concept builds.
• MACH architecture — headless, API-first, cloud-native and composable designs, including migrations from on-premise systems.

Who it works with

Retail and other businesses selling to consumers, to other companies or directly. One project moved a telecommunications provider from on-premise systems to a MACH stack with no downtime.
