Burning Buttons

Burning Buttons is a small software engineering studio that has been building products since 2009. Each of its engineers has more than ten years of experience and works with a set of AI agents, with a named senior person accountable for every project from specification to release.

What Burning Buttons offers

• Product development — builds and ships software, with AI agents speeding up drafting, coding and review under senior direction.
• Requirements and scoping — turns discovery calls into a signed requirements document, with scope and acceptance criteria fixed before work begins.
• Verified releases — runs tests, type checks, diff review and security scans on every pull request.
• AI audit trail — publishes a log with each release showing which steps an agent ran and which human approved them.
• Production readiness — sets up continuous integration, structured logging, monitoring before launch and rehearsed rollbacks, and keeps secrets out of code.

Who it works with

The studio names travel, FinTech, SaaS and B2G as sectors it has shipped products in. It agrees an outcome rather than a head-count and says it fixes missed acceptance criteria at its own cost.
