Flashtract

Flashtract is software for handling construction billing. General contractors and subcontractors use it to exchange payment applications, lien waivers and compliance documents in one place.

What Flashtract does

• Payment applications: does the billing arithmetic and generates the needed documents, which reduces errors.
• Lien waivers: collects unconditional waivers when subcontractors submit, and holds them until payment is made.
• Compliance tracking: monitors compliance status for first and second tier subcontractors and vendors, with expiry alerts.
• Payment information: stores subcontractor payment details securely.
• Reporting and integrations: cash flow and compliance reports, plus links to Viewpoint Vista, Sage 300, CMiC and Procore.
