PlanHub

PlanHub is a construction plan room and bid management service. General contractors post projects, invite bids and share project information with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.

What PlanHub offers

• Project posting — contractors publish jobs for others to view.
• Bid invitations — invitations sent directly to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Information sharing — specifications and project documents made available to bidders.
• Bid submission — subcontractors can view projects, download specifications and submit bids.
• Unlimited users — no cap on user numbers per company.

Who it works with

General contractors on one side, and subcontractors, suppliers and vendors on the other. Subcontractors can register without charge, and paid plans, a Basic tier and a higher tier, follow a trial period.
