Watches competitors across search, ads, social and the AI assistants, and sends one Monday briefing on what changed and what to do about it.
Figo is a competitor-monitoring service at tryfigo.com, launched on 17 September 2026. Each week it checks a set of rival businesses across search rankings, new pages and blog posts, Google, Meta and TikTok advertising, and Instagram, Facebook and Reddit, and separately asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity the questions a buyer would ask in that category, to see who gets recommended. The result is a short briefing on Monday morning saying what changed, what it means and one thing to do about it, rather than a dashboard to go and read. Adding a website is enough for it to find the competitors itself. Every plan watches every channel; the plans differ by how many businesses are tracked and how often the AI assistants are asked. Prices, billed monthly, are Starter at $49 for three competitors with a weekly check and ten buyer questions every fortnight; Growth at $99 for eight competitors, weekly AI-visibility questions, a keyword gap report, email alerts on new ads or pages and CSV export; Agency at $249 for twenty competitors across five client workspaces with the agency's own logo on the reports; and a custom Enterprise tier for 60 or more competitors with API access, single sign-on and an audit log. Not to be confused with the US pet-insurance brand of the same name.
An earned signal from verification, reviews, awards, transparency and engagement — the vendor can't buy it.
