Kitsoft

Kitsoft is a Ukrainian IT company with around ten years of experience in government technology. It created Liquio, a low-code platform used to digitalise public services, aiming to let new services launch in as little as roughly six weeks. Its systems have been integrated with more than 100 external IT systems and are used across more than 200 public services, reaching over 22 million users. The company builds online platforms that turn paper-based government processes into digital services and support communication between the state, businesses and citizens. Its work includes an online platform for public services in Ukraine, a Diia-based service for new parents that combines nine services from different institutions, and an environmental platform that gathers ecological data for businesses. Kitsoft has worked with international and government-linked organisations including UN agencies, a German development foundation and Ukrainian civil society groups on digitalisation and governance projects.
