digetiers.Spice

digetiers.Spice works with large organisations moving towards what it calls the agentic enterprise, where AI agents act on company data. The firm pairs management consulting on data and AI with hands-on knowledge graph engineering, and it also builds its own software product, d.AP. Its earlier work covered software engineering, product design and the modernisation of enterprise IT, including cloud adoption.

What digetiers.Spice offers

• Data and AI strategy — operating model redesign, use-case portfolio management, architecture advice and support through a full transformation.
• d.AP context platform — a European platform that holds a company's ontology, mappings and rules in RDF/OWL and delivers them to AI agents while they run, using the MCP and A2A protocols.
• Knowledge graph and ontology engineering — semantic models and RDF graphs built without vendor lock-in, including inside SAP landscapes, from first pilot to handover to the client's own team.
• Digital products — proofs of concept, MVPs and scaled products with product management at the centre.
• Agile transformation — helping companies adopt agile values and practices internally.

Who it works with

The firm has deep roots in the automotive sector, serving OEMs and suppliers, and also works with manufacturing and machinery companies and other data-heavy industries with complex IT estates.

Key facts

• Platform standards: RDF/OWL, MCP and A2A
