Penso

Penso is a Brazilian provider of managed IT and cybersecurity services based in São Paulo. It describes itself as a supplier of cloud, resilience, managed IT and security for corporate and public-sector clients, and says it has built its position in the Brazilian market over more than 20 years. In October 2026 it announced that it had agreed to join Vela LatAm, a group that acquires and holds software and services companies in Latin America, in a deal that awaits approval from CADE, Brazil's competition authority.

What it does

Most of Penso's work is sold as subscription managed services. Its statement lists corporate email and collaboration tools, cloud infrastructure, backup and data recovery, and managed security, with professional services alongside them. Its website groups the offer into email and collaboration, IT support, cybersecurity and backup, and cloud computing with S3-compatible storage. The company runs its own infrastructure in the country, five data centres in Brazil, which matters to clients that need their data to stay under Brazilian jurisdiction.
