Apprenda

Apprenda sells a platform, called the Apprenda Cloud Platform, that turns Kubernetes into a shared service for enterprise IT teams. Developers across an organisation use it to build and run applications without managing infrastructure themselves.

What Apprenda offers

• Application hosting: runs cloud-native, microservice and container workloads alongside existing .NET and Java applications.
• Developer self-service: developers get tools on demand while operators control the environments.
• Hybrid deployment: runs on premises or as a managed service, across private and public clouds.
• Policy control: rules set once are enforced automatically, down to network level.
• Legacy modernisation: lets older applications run as services, scale and recover from failures without code changes.

Customers and markets

The platform is aimed at enterprise IT departments serving several business units. It supports public, private, hybrid, virtualised and bare-metal environments.
