Fiat is an Italian car brand whose international website names Stellantis Europe, registered in Turin, in its footer. The site says that after 127 years the brand still aims to turn bold ideas into simple mobility for everyone, and it stresses accessibility, simplicity, optimism and Italian character.

The 500 story

The brand's most famous model is the 500, which the site calls an Italian symbol. The original Nuova 500 arrived in 1957 and took its name from a rear-mounted, air-cooled twin-cylinder engine of 479 cc, rounded to 500 cc. A revived 500 appeared in 2007 for the model's 50th anniversary, a 500 Hybrid followed in 2020, and the fully electric New 500e launched in 2022.

Current range and news

The homepage promotes the Grizzly and Grizzly Fastback family with electrified powertrains, and the Grande Panda, offered as a full electric with a stated 320 km range or as a hybrid. It also features the Topolino urban vehicle, which it says was named in TIME's 2026 list of inventions, and the Multiplay, a three-in-one family vehicle shown at the 2026 Paris Motor Show, where Fiat built a themed Italian piazza.

Partnerships and heritage

Fiat works with (RED) on cars finished in that colour, which carry a special badge, in support of the fight against global health emergencies. Visitors can also explore Casa Fiat, a heritage space in Turin that is also available online, which tells how the 500 became a pop icon.
