• Human Resource Association of Treasure Valley (HRATV) Kasheila (Kash) L Browne, MHP, SFA, CSFS® has over 40 years’ experience in the insurance industry and is the principal at Kash Browne & Company, LLC providing insurance and benefit consulting services to businesses in the western United States Prior to establishing her business in May 1999, Kash spent 8 years as a senior account executive with Sedgwick, an international benefits consulting firm; 13 years and several differing positions with Blue Cross of Idaho, a major health insurance provider; and 2 years as sales account executive with IEC, a self-funding TPA/ Human Resources consulting firm

Kash holds industry designations including Managed Healthcare Professional (MHP) from Health Insurance Association of America (HIAA), the Self-Funding Academy Designation (SFA) as well as the Certified Self-Funding Specialist (CSFS® ) designation from the Health Care Administrators Association
