Infinity Events

Infinity Events Inc. is a full-service meeting and special events firm handling corporate and association event needs from concept through completion. Its services span special event design and management, destination management, meeting and event production, meeting planning, event marketing, entertainment booking and overall programme management. The firm also covers technical production, live show direction, logistics, vendor and venue sourcing, and budget management, working across the country rather than in one region. Founded in 2001, the company built its offering to address the full range of client needs as the events industry has changed, drawing on resources and partnerships to assemble the elements a given meeting or event requires. It is led by its founder, whose background includes destination management, large-scale event production and meeting management.
