BEYOND20

BEYOND20 is a technology-enabled services firm and a ServiceNow Elite Partner. It helps organisations get working results from the ServiceNow platform, from core operational workflows to newer AI features. Earlier project write-ups also show it moving companies between service management tools such as Cherwell and ServiceNow.

What BEYOND20 does

• ServiceNow implementation: end-to-end design and deployment of solutions to fit a client's operations.
• Managed services: ongoing administration, tuning and enhancement of the platform.
• Advisory services: guidance that ties a ServiceNow investment to business goals.
• Role-based training: role-based learning for teams using the platform.
• Portals and dashboards: custom views built from client feedback, as in a facilities-management project for an irrigation manufacturer.

Who it serves

Its case studies mention a military training equipment group, an irrigation manufacturer and a large children's clothing retailer. Work is carried out by small teams that adjust as priorities change.
