Our understanding of Indigenous ways of being has been developed through our work with organizations such as Xyolhemeylh, the Fraser Valley Child and Family Services Society and the Vancouver Aboriginal Health Society Kathy McLaughlin has completed the San’yas Cultural Safety Training program from the Provincial Health Services Society (PHSA)

We regularly consult with boards and executive teams to integrate climate crisis strategies, DEI policies, action plans for Truth and Reconciliation, and advocacy for social change into their strategic plans and governance frameworks We continue to learn and integrate others’ learning to understand best practices in this evolving landscape
