Belmonte Group

Belmonte Group is a consultancy that advises companies on management, strategy, human resources, marketing and communication. Its website is in Spanish, and it sets out three business lines - creative, talent and consulting - plus a jobs area for candidates.

What Belmonte Group does

• Creative: web design, search positioning, web analytics, wider digital work and a production unit.
• Talent acquisition: recruiting staff for client companies, with job listings and an internship area on its site.
• Talent retention and assessment: evaluating employees, helping keep them, and running HR projects.
• Company professionalisation: consulting to formalise and organise how a business is run.
• Mergers and acquisitions: support for buying, selling and merging companies.
• Business programmes: named programmes including AME and Empowering in Business.

Clients

The group describes working with business clients across its three lines, aiming to be a long-term advisory partner rather than a one-off supplier.
