Constant Link

Constant Link is a live answering service that takes business calls on behalf of its clients at any hour. Founded by two people from the answering industry, it runs its own call centre and does not pass calls on to outside contractors.

Customers and markets

The service targets businesses that cannot afford to miss calls, including those whose customers ring outside office hours. New clients complete a programming questionnaire and a service agreement. The team then configures the account, trains its staff on it and makes test calls. Finally the client forwards its business line to the new service number, either manually or through its phone provider.
