Trelium is an AI agent platform for operations teams in mid-market and enterprise companies, headquartered in San Francisco and backed by Y Combinator. It lets staff describe repetitive back-office work in plain English and builds agents that carry it out across the software a team already uses. The company says its agents are deterministic, keep audit logs and include human review gates. On 11 October 2026 it announced Paul, an agent that watches how work moves through a team and proposes which processes are worth automating.
Trelium's pages describe agents that enter purchase orders from email and PDFs, match purchase orders to invoices, answer order status requests, prepare quotes and follow-ups, monitor vendors, route approvals and produce recurring reports. The agents read unstructured requests, extract fields, compare them with business rules, update systems of record and pass exceptions to a person. The company lists integrations with NetSuite, QuickBooks, Salesforce, Printavo, ShopWorks, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Airtable, Dropbox and Zoom, and says 3,200 or more integrations are included. A team can bring one real workflow to a 30-minute call and see it automated live before deciding whether to keep the agent.
The platform is aimed at operations-heavy organisations. The site names promotional products, manufacturing, law firms and higher education, and its customer stories come mainly from print, merchandise and apparel businesses. The founders say they began with print and promo because they knew the manual work there at first hand.
An earned signal from verification, reviews, awards, transparency and engagement - the vendor can't buy it.
