About this launch

Trelium is an AI agent platform for mid-market and enterprise operations teams, headquartered in San Francisco and backed by Y Combinator. Its pages describe a tool where non-technical staff write instructions in plain English and the platform builds agents that carry out repetitive back-office work: entering purchase orders from email and PDFs, matching purchase orders to invoices, answering order status requests, preparing quotes and follow-ups, and routing exceptions to a person. The company says its agents are deterministic, keep audit logs and include human review gates, and that data is encrypted with per-account keys. A SOC 2 Type II audit is stated to be in progress. It lists integrations with systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Salesforce, Printavo, ShopWorks, Gmail, Outlook and Slack. Customers named on the site are mainly print, merchandise and apparel businesses. On 11 October 2026 the company announced Paul, an agent built on the platform that connects to email and chat, watches how work moves through a team, and proposes which repetitive processes are worth automating, with a ready-made prompt to build each agent. Pricing is published by monthly credits: Starter from $450 a month and Growth from $900 a month when billed yearly, with custom Enterprise pricing. A buyer should ask which of their own systems are supported without custom work, how credits are consumed per run, what happens when an agent meets an exception, and when the SOC 2 report will be available.

Not yet independently verified: The launch date rests on the company's own Y Combinator launch post of 11 October 2026 for its Paul agent. Capabilities, customer quotes and the in-progress SOC 2 Type II audit rest on the maker's own pages. No independent report was found. We will update this when it can be confirmed, and remove this note.
