FitMech

FitMech is a software-as-a-service platform for tracking what industrial machines are doing. It collects production data automatically and turns it into dashboards and reports for factories and the consultants who audit them.

What FitMech offers

• Machine monitoring — records completed work cycles and the length of each one.
• Downtime tracking — logs stops and their reasons, plus machine status.
• Visual displays — dashboards that can be shown on a screen on the shop floor to help communication with operators.
• Production plan view — shows operators the plan for the current shift when one is defined.
• Integrations — connects with data tools such as Influx.

Who it works with

Production companies, and consultancies that run efficiency audits and use the data to measure machine time. A demo account is available on the website.
