Instil Software

Instil Software builds and modernises software products using agentic engineering, where AI-driven workflows sit alongside experienced engineers across the full lifecycle. It also helps organisations prepare their data, people and products for AI, embed cyber security into their culture, and train engineering teams in new technologies.

What Instil Software offers

• AI transformation — getting data, teams and products ready to work with AI.
• Cyber security — practical, people-focused security built into how an organisation works.
• Cloud and serverless delivery — including a car insurance platform built from scratch on serverless technology and AWS Step Functions.
• Training — courses for engineering teams, such as a three-day React introduction and hands-on AI tooling sessions, plus graduate academies.
