genijalno.ba

Operating from Sarajevo since 2007, genijalno.ba is an independent engineering practice that designs, builds and keeps production software running. Its clients are mainly in the DACH region and the United States, in digital banking, mobility and logistics.

What genijalno.ba offers

• Architecture advisory — short engagements such as solution-design reviews, vendor evaluations, second opinions on live programmes and written target architectures for regulated domains.
• Architecture lead plus team — the practice owns the architecture and assembles engineers around the scope.
• Full engineering partnership — long-running ownership of a product, from build through years of operation.
• Rescue and takeover — stepping into stalled builds or keeping a system live while it is rebuilt underneath.
• Mobile and backend work — native Android apps, .NET and C

backends and cloud migration to AWS with infrastructure-as-code.

Who it works with

Past work includes a nine-year partnership with a carsharing operator in Germany's Rhein-Main region, a New York valet-parking SaaS later bought by ParkHub, a security layer for a Bosnian card-payment processor's mobile client and a Canadian last-mile logistics firm.
